The Galaxy S III is powered by Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon Dual-core 1.5 GHz, which is based on the the ARM Cortex A9. It has a 4.8-inch super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1280-by-720 pixels, which is housed in a shell that is 8.6 millimeters thick and weighs 133 grams.
